Good morning Sketch N Scrap fans! It's the 10th of the month

so that means it's time for another Inspired By sketch!

This month's sketch comes from our own, very talented, Lydia!

Now I did something a little different and made a card based on this layout:

What do y'all think?! I haven't done much scrapbooking in a while

so I thought I'd give it a try as a card and I think it 

turned out quite well! I think next time I will try to make a layout.

Good morning Twisted Tuesday fans! Well August is upon us

and for most that means time to get the kids back

to school! Or maybe it's back to school for yourself! This

weeks challenge at Twisted Tuesday has a school theme.

Also has a fair amount of white space on your project.

Here is my take on the challenge and twist:

I used DCWV school paper pack. It has a lot of great

papers for teacher cards or school layouts.

The stamps and apple dies are from Verve. The ink is 

Close To My Heart Exclusive Inks in Black, Pear, and Ruby.

CTMH Blog Boosters New Product Hop

Today is the big day! The new Annual Inspirations Idea Book and Catalog

from Close To My Heart is officially out today! Whoop!

CTMH Blog Boosters is doing a hop to show everyone the new products!

I have made a card for the hop using the new paper pack called

Scaredy Cat and the August SOTM called What a Hoot.

This paper pack also features a new Exclusive color called Thistle!
I followed the current sketch from Sketch Saturday for my card.
