Good morning crafty friends! Hope y'all are having a great week!

I wanted to share a card I made the other night following

the current sketch from Retro Sketches. When I saw the card that

design team member Arielle created I was so inspired by her

colors and papers that I sorta lifted her design. I hope she doesn't mind :-)
I used the same (or similar) background paper for mine, I think that's what
drew me to her card in the first place. The rest I made a little different.
I am also sharing this card over at Word Art Wednesday.

are having a great week so far! We are experiencing some unusually

warm weather here in central OK. The high for today is 75

with tomorrows high being 78! I hope to spend a little time outside

while I can before the cold and potential snow moves in this

weekend... Well if you are snowed in like some of the country is,

you should have some crafty time and join in on this week's sketch!

Mojo Monday #378

Good morning crafty friends! Hope y'all had a great weekend!

I have certainly enjoyed my 4 day weekend even though my hubby

sick for part of it, including NYE. We just stayed in and

watched movies. I honestly didn't make it to midnight. I'm so used

to going to bed between 9 and 10 because I usually have to be

at work at 6ish that it's so hard to stay up past 11 even if I get to sleep in.

Heat Embossing Basics

Hi everyone! Hope y'all are having a great weekend! 

I have gotten into numerous conversations over the months 

about various card making techniques and decided it was time

to post a video. I haven't posted one in quite some time!

This video is the basics of heat embossing including all the items

you need to create beautiful effects on your stamped and digital images!

PS. Sorry everything is upside down, it was the other way on my phone

when I was recording but I guess it flipped when I uploaded it.
